What We Are Looking?
We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual with a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate sales workers’ activities, assign duties, and ensure smooth store operations. Key tasks include hiring and training staff, authorizing payments and merchandise returns, maintaining inventory, and preparing sales reports. The role requires strong client focus, flexibility, and efficient interpersonal skills while working in a fast-paced environment that involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours per week, with work conducted in English.
Tasks
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque
